New Site Manager role in Kent. * Position: Site Manager * Location: Ashford, Kent * Start date: July 2024 * Duration: 4 months+ * Pay rate: GBP negotiatable (CIS, PAYE or PAYE Umbrella payment methods available) * Randstad contact: Mark Dixon (Maidstone branch) The company: An established Kent based contractor with a proven track record of delivering projects ranging from GBP250,000 to GBP5 million across new build and refurbishment schemes throughout the South East. Due to a run of successful contract awards that commence in the coming weeks the contractor is looking to increase the size of its project delivery team. The project: New build GBP4m D and B commercial unit at the early stages of construction. Works comprise of civil engineering, piled foundations, steel frame structure with varying cladding types and internal fit out. About you: To be successful in this role you will be: * Able to demonstrate previous experience of managing projects in a lead role. * CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 upwards). * SMSTS * First Aid * Temporary Works qualification is desirable but not essential. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Strong paperwork skills. * Good level of I.T literacy.
