Electrical ImproverLocation: Castle BromwichShift: Days : 37:hours per week + weekends A GBP 18.50 per hour weekdays A GBP 22.50 per hour weekends Contract : 3 months initially Our client is a world leading, automotive manufacturer of prestige and high valued motor vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for the Electrical installations and modifications on site/facility projects. Electrical Improver Duties and Responsibilities: * Electrical installation to drawing* Reading and understanding engineering drawings and schematics* Installation and modifications of cable trays, trunking and conduits* Installation and modification of power and data cables* Wiring of power and control cabinets and associated equipment The ideal Electrical Improver: * Jib/ECS/CSCS Cards* Level 2 and working towards Level 3* IPAF 3a/3B* Previous experience of working on industrial electrical installation projects with a production or automotive environment* Equipped with own comprehensive tool kit for suitable tools for the role* Ability to work on various jobs on own initiative* Ability to follow set tasks set by Supervisor/Project Manager* Experience and wiliness to be paired with an apprentice/electrical mate* Able to install every type of standard containment used in the industry* Able to 1st and 2 nd an electrical install ready for an electrician to test and power up* Knowledge of site safety To show your interest in the Electrical Improver role please Apply Now with a copy of your CV, should you be successfully shortlisted a member of our Team will contact you to discuss the role in more detail.
