Youre a Client Services / National Account Manager looking for a new role in a fast paced and dynamic retail design company. Taking ownership of a multi:million pound account, youll work closely with them to create fantastic retail experiences. Based in Leicester, youll have the opportunity to grow your career alongside our business. BASIC SALARY: A GBP 40,000 : A GBP 50,000 LOCATION: Leicester COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Leicester, Market Harborough, Northampton, Rugby, Coventry, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Loughborough, Tamworth JOB DESCRIPTION: National Account Manager / Retail Design / Manufacturing Youll be a key part of our sales team, owning and driving one of the largest accounts in the business. Youll be responsible for the service delivery levels and exceeding them beyond your clients expectations. Youll be the main point of contact for the multi:million pound account and being able to work at pace is essential. Youll attend face to face client meetings, mainly at our office, to maximise sales opportunities. As our National Account Manager, youll:A Manage and drive one major account from cA GBP 2.5m to A GBP 3m (this will be either a luxury health and beauty / cosmetics brand or a fast paced B2B trade account)A Manage multiple projects (can be between 10:20 at any one time) and work closely with internal departments, from the manufacturing process through to deliveryA Produce CPAs (cost per acquisitions) for complex projectsA Network through the account, ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed at each stage, giving both positive and challenging news PERSON SPECIFICATION: National Account Manager / Retail Design / Manufacturing You will have managed at least one major brand across fashion, hair care, health and beauty, personal care, or beverages, youll understand the vocabulary, terminology and nuances of operating within this industry. Alternatively you could have a retail design, POS / POP, print or luxury packaging background. Youll be well organised in your approach and demonstrate great attention to detail. Youll have:A Experience working with cA GBP 2m accountsA Worked at pace, managing multiple projectsA Attended launch meetings and created prototypesA Experience working with well with a range of differing personalitiesA Strong communication skills THE COMPANY: A well:established, A GBP 10+ million turnover manufacturing business who have supported some of the most recognisable global brands.
