Randstad C and P are actively recruiting for an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to support our top FM client. Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning EngineerLocation: Stockton:on:TeesSalary: upto GBP38,000 per annumHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayOncall: 1 in 6Overtime: Time and a half pay, Double pay on SundayHoliday: 33 days annual leave including bank holidaysPension: Generous Company Pension Scheme Requirements / Qualifications: * Proven experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer, preferably within commercial properties. * Relevant qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration (e.g., City and Guilds 2079 or equivalent). * Strong knowledge of different air conditioning systems, including split systems,VRV/VRF systems, and chiller units. * Ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively, ensuring systems are operational and energy:efficient. * Full UK driving licence is essential for this mobile role. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to air conditioning maintenance. Day to Day Duties: * Conduct PPM on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems within commercial properties. * Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure optimal system functionality. * Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance calls, addressing urgent issues and minimising downtime. * Collaborate with team members and clients to schedule maintenance visits and communicate maintenance outcomes effectively. * Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including maintenance reports, service logs, and inventory management. * Stay up:to:date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.
