A great opportunity for a solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing to join a conveyancing department at a Gloucestershire:based law firm on a permanent basis. or to register your interest, Tatiana on 454 or email with your CV. Job Ref: 6283 THE ROLE:This role will include management of own varied caseload consisting of general residential conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase, re:mortgage, right to buy and lease extensions among others. The suitable candidate will be able to take these matters from initial inception through to completion with minimal supervision. THE CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of post:qualified experience with all aspects of general residential conveyancing matters, with the ability to manage own caseload effectively. The candidate will be expected to generate a fee income according to agreed targets and will be experienced in delivering high quality client services. The ideal candidate will be able to work full:time on:site. THE FIRM:The firm boasts of multiple offices nationwide with a well:established reputation.
