Senior QS / PQS required ASAP for Kent and London based Consultancy client *FREELANCE LIMITED COMPANY / OUTSIDE IR35* I have an urgent requirement for one of my long:standing clients, a small PQS / Consultancy with offices in Kent and London. They work on projects generally ranging from GBP1m to GBP20m including residential, student accommodation, hotels, rail / civils etc, with involvement from planning / pre:con stage to final accounts and claims. Key requirements include: * Min. 10 years experience * Experience in residential projects with values of GBP1m to GBP10m * Experience in cost planning * Experience with JCT forms of contract * Experience in projects from planning through to PC of build * Client side / PQS experience essential, additional main comtracting experience also desirable, though not essential * Full driving licence with own car This position is available on a freelance / temp:to:perm / perm basis. , or for more information, Micah Evans.
