Job Title: Executive Chef Salary: Up to A GBP 46,000 per annum Location: Hampshire My client is in search of an exceptional Executive Chef for one of their Education sites in Hampshire As the Executive Chef, you will lead and support a catering team, driving financial growth through effective cost control and culinary excellence. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in managing and leading events, as hospitality will be a big focus. A genuine passion for food and the ability to elevate the dining experience are essential qualities for this role. Responsibilities: * Recruit, train, support, and develop staff to ensure high:quality service, customers, and clients.* Facilitate ongoing team communications, build relationships internally and externally, report to management, and liaise with clients to achieve operational excellence.* Ensure adherence to COSHH, Food Safety, Health and Safety, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care for customers and colleagues. Skills and Experience: * Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive, hands:on approach.* Strong interest in delivering excellent customer service.* Front:line oriented.* Essential catering experience with strong chef skills.* Seeking a culinary expert who stays current with trends.* Impeccable food presentation.
