Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated joiner to join our clients maintenance team. This role involves carrying out maintenance work on domestic properties across the Darlington area, ensuring high:quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Perform a variety of joinery tasks including but not limited to fitting doors, windows, skirting boards, and other woodwork in domestic properties. * Carry out repairs and maintenance work as directed, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. * Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors to ensure efficient and effective completion of maintenance tasks. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. * Respond to emergency call:outs when required. * Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including materials used and time spent on tasks. * Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications and Experience: * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery or Carpentry. * Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a domestic maintenance environment. * CSCS card holder. * Good understanding of health and safety regulations. * Excellent problem:solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Full UK driving licence is essential.
