We are looking for a Helpdesk Service Co:ordinator for a growing UK wide organisation, this role will be joining the Helpdesk team at their head office, will require someone with exceptional customer facing skills. We will look at people from Construction, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Building Services or Facilities Management would suit with a customer focused relationship building attitude to their engineers and customers. The role is working with their UK Wide Engineers, scheduling and planning their workloads. As it is an office:based role including pension healthcare plan and a generous activity bonus scheme on offer for the right individual. The role requires * B2B Customer Facing role : Essential * Engineering Scheduling : Desirable * Electronic reporting : Essential * CRM / CAFM Knowledge : Essential * Customer relationship focused : Essential * Construction, Building services experience : Desirable This role would suit a Helpdesk Co:ordinator, Scheduler, Helpdesk Scheduler, Planner, Service coordinator, Service Planner, Service Scheduler.
