Director of Quality and Compliance Location: London Salary: A GBP 100,000 We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Quality and Compliance to join a Luxury Care Provider. Main Responsibilities * Manage a comprehensive portfolio within the social care sector, ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and other regulatory frameworks* Proactively identify areas of non:compliance and develop timely action plans* Develop and embed the quality and compliance strategy across the organization* Lead the development of quality governance, assurance, and reporting mechanisms* Build and maintain strategic relationships with external agencies and stakeholders* Target growth by expanding current markets and developing new services* Ensure proper notification and management of serious incidents* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures* Ensure staffing levels and skill mix meet care standards* Work with HR and L and D teams to meet training needs in line with CQC guidelines Experience: * Preferably educated to degree:level or equivalent in a relevant discipline* Sound understanding of quality standards that underpin safe, effective, and person:centred care* Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders* Extensive knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory frameworks* Ability to travel extensively throughout a wide geographical location Apply to
