Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Phaco Specialist, Cataract Equipment. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's leading healthcare companies and make a significant impact in the field of ophthalmology. What you will be doing: * Lead the sales efforts for our cataract equipment across the South West area, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Develop and implement a well-defined sales strategy to meet and surpass sales goals. * Conduct in theatre product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment. * Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Provide feedback and insights to the Key Accounts Team to continuously improve our approach. * Travel to various locations to attend conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings. What you will bring: * Previous sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in ophthalmology or medical devices. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with customers. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment. * A levels, or equivalent, * Willingness to travel extensively. * A full, clean driving licence that permits you to drive in the UK Who you will be working with: Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the following people; other Territory Managers & Phaco Specialists, Marketing, Key Accounts Team, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence and Customer Services.
