Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role within a law firm that offers fantastic development opportunities to suit your strengths and desires to progress your career. As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be joining a large team to provide clients with comprehensive and professional advice to a wide range of Corporate transactional matters. Within this Corporate Solicitor role, your duties will include: Running your own caseload of mergers, acquisitions, management buy-out and buy ins, trade sales, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and disposalsAdvising clients on general company law compliance and corporate governanceSupporting more junior members of the team when necessaryTaking part in Business Development Initiatives The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE within Corporate law, is driven, very commercially aware and has excellent client care skills.
