You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education tailored to meet the individual needs of our students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons tailored to the needs of SEMH students.Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support student progress.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the emotional and social development of all students.Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles.Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support. Qualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status QTS or equivalent.Degree in Geography or a related field.Experience teaching students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn new teaching strategies.
