We are seeking an experienced Registerd Manager to support our client within the council. Our client has exciting expansion plans to open children’s homes in the county. This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking council. The Registered Manager will manage a brand new, high spec children's home in Oxford for up to 4 young people aged 12-17 in mid to long-term accommodation with intensive support packages.We are seeking an experienced Registerd Manager to support our client within the council. Our client has exciting expansion plans to open children’s homes in the county. This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking council. The Registered Manager will manage a brand new, high spec children's home in Oxford for up to 4 young people aged 12-17 in mid to long-term accommodation with intensive support packages. The Registered Manager role is an interim post for six months with the opportunity to go permenant if suitable. This contract is paying £47.00 per hour PAYE on a 37-hour week. £90,428 Pro Rata or £60.89 Umbrella. To be considered for the Registered Children's Manager role, you must have: Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience min 3 years in a children’s homeQCF Level 5 Leadership and ManagementStrong knowledge of children’s social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding.Positive personality who is child led in practice This is a huge opportunity to secure your career in the growing public sector and be part of the most forward-thinking local authority in the UK.
