Claims Handler Location: Shrewsbury Salary: Up to £35,000 per annumWe proud to represent a well-established, traditional commercial insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their team in Shrewsbury.Claims Handler Location: Shrewsbury Salary: Up to £35,000 per annumWe proud to represent a well-established, traditional commercial insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their team in Shrewsbury.Key Responsibilities: Process and manage insurance claims for our commercial clientsLiaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and other relevant partiesEnsure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulationsMaintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clientsIdentify potential issues and escalate complex claims when necessary Requirements: Proven experience in commercial insurance claims handlingExcellent knowledge of insurance products and claims processesStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant insurance qualifications e.g., Cert CII preferredExperience with paper-based systems and Acturis softwareComfortable working with both traditional and digital processes They offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.To Apply:We are currently shortlisting for interview, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
