The successful candidate will provide tailored support to a student with specific educational needs, ensuring they have the best possible opportunity to succeed in their studies and school life.This role is full time Monday to Friday, from September. Whilst initially temporary it has the oppurtunity to become permenant for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities: Provide individual support to a designated student, helping them with their educational and social development.Assist the student with classroom activities, ensuring they understand and complete tasks.Implement personalized learning plans under the guidance of the classroom teacher and SENCO.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.Experience working with children with special educational needs SEN is highly advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students’ learning and development.Relevant qualifications e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are preferred but not essential.
