We have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Support Officer, to join and established organisation based in Colwyn Bay, North Wales. The main purpose of this role will be to assist the Facilities Manager in the effective and efficient management of the facility for all the appropriate buildings and to its occupants.In the Facilities Support Officer role you will be:Operating alarms and opening and closing of the buildingsAssisting with the operating systems including lighting, heating, AC, visitors, waste disposal, driveways and car parksResponsible for all operational building related queries and troubleshooting any issuesIdentify faults and defects with the building in accordance to policy and procedureTo be successful in the Facilities Support Officer role you will need to have:Previous experience working in facilities / estates managementBasic knowledge of building operations and environmental controlsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentHold a Full UK Driver’s LicenseThis is a temporary ongoing position, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00am – 6:00 pm. The payrate is £11.98 per hour plus holiday pay and is based in the organisations head office locations near Colwyn Bay and Conwy town centre. Having a full UK drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role as there may be work across both locations.
