As part of this role you will be providing education, support and advice to people with diabetes. You will also provide specialist education and training in diabetes care to health care professionals. To work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues and service users to develop services and improve quality of care. This role is to commence ASAP and will be working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.The hourly rate for his role is: £26.00 Per Hour depending on experience.
