Description:

Joining as a member of our Support team , you play a crucial role in providing seamless support to our customers our eMAR product has been implemented. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive post implementation experience for our customers by resolving any issues or concerns to maximise the benefits of the product. Bringing experience in a customer support role and a good understanding of pharmacy processes and practices, you will ensure a high level of customer service and understanding. What you’ll do: Work closely with customers with a newly implemented eMAR product Provide a high level of customer service to support customers on the first step of their digital transformation. Prioritise queries to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly and disruption to the customer is minimised Work collaboratively with other members of the team. Work within defined KPIs and deadlines What you’ll bring: Experience working in a pharmacy and/or software products, such as eMAR systems, is essential Experience in a Customer Service role and supporting customers with technical queries Great communication skills, both verbal and written A passion for helping others; an empathetic approach to customers who do not use technology Ability to multitask and prioritise workload An interest in technology & using it to make people’s lives easier Knowledge or experience of the Care industry would be an advantage but not essential What we offer: Hybrid working – this role will be based at least three days per week in our office in Guildford and from home The opportunity to work for a company who are making a real difference to the care sector through the use of innovative technology Base salary of up to £31,5000 Bonus scheme 25 days holiday Net zero pension scheme Regular in person company meetings Additional perks including; cycle to work scheme, staff discounts portal and Employee Assistance Programme Powered by JazzHR
