Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Swindon Sector: Timber Frame Salary: GBP50,000 : GBP60,000 + Car / Car Allowance and Package : DOE Would you enjoy working for a growing timber framed business who build award winning projects? Are you experienced in delivering timber framed housing projects? You will be working for a highly reputable timber framed business who deliver a range of timber frame construction systems across the residential sector. They are renowned for having high standard timber kits delivering top quality timber framed projects. You will be overseeing a number of self build projects running concurrently with the pipeline of works across the South West, South East and Midland regions. You will be working closely with the design and technical departments as well as the erectors on site and it will be your responsible for ensuring successful and safe delivery of high end timber framed housing projects on time and to budget for a number of private clients. The Role: * Report progress against plan, pre and post handover, mitigation of risk and a general overview of the project and your areas of responsibility to the construction manager * Build and sustain a strong culture and relationship with your team and subcontractors * Attend internal project meetings and work closely with with relevant teams to address and resolve any issues * Take account and develop build programme including RAMS, Resource plans and Haulage About you: * Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS * Previous residential site management experience in the self build or developer sector * Having the ability to prepare and present good quality management information using Microsoft office If you are interested in this role, ARV Solutions or click Apply to submit your CV for consideration Key Skills: Contracts Manager, Timber Frame, Self Build, Construction, Timber Kits All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, or age.
