Electrical Plant Engineer Job Opening in Wednesfield * Permanent Position * Salary: GBP38,000:GBP42,000 per annum (including shift allowance) * Monday to Friday * Bonus Included Are you an experienced Electrical Plant Engineer with NVQ 3 qualifications? Acorn by Synergie is looking for a skilled professional to join our clients Engineering Team in Wednesfield. Key Responsibilities: : Install, program, and troubleshoot electrical drive systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley.: Modify PLC programs to resolve faults and understand isolation processes.: Maintain plant operations to meet quality and customer service targets.: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.: Provide efficient engineering services and respond promptly to engineering, quality, and safety issues.: Report and record maintenance and repair details using maintenance management and IT systems. Candidate Requirements: : NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant electrical trade, or completion of a recognized apprenticeship.: Industrial background with qualifications up to 18th Edition IEE standards and BTEC ONC / HNC level or equivalent.: Proven electrical maintenance experience, particularly in commercial or heavy engineering/industrial environments.: Strong understanding of current health and safety regulations.: Adaptability to new equipment, flexibility, eagerness to learn, and commitment to professional development.
