Are you an experienced Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our clients team on a mobile basis, working primarily on a retail contract in Bath and surrounding areas. Benefits: * Competitive salary of GBP34,000 per annum * 23 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays * Monday to Friday daytime working hours * Participation in call:out rota Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out fabric maintenance tasks across various retail sites * Undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks * Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience in a similar role within facilities maintenance * Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) in a related field * Strong knowledge of fabric maintenance and repair techniques * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills and customer:focused approach About the Role: As a Facilities Maintenance Fabric Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of retail properties within Bath and the surrounding areas.
