If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you About the Role: Our esteemed client is seeking a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their dedicated team in Fareham. This is a static role, where youll be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team. * Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical systems. * Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide reports as required. * Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
