From 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, you will be helping and instructing SEN students. Your main responsibilities are: * Provide dynamic and captivating instruction for classrooms to cover for absent teachers, under the guidance of the teaching staff. * To enhance students learning in various classroom environments, such as working with entire classes in the absence of the designated teacher * To assist in organising, arranging, and executing agreed:upon work assignments and student support programmes for individuals or groups * Be in charge of advancing and preserving the well being of kids and teenagers in the school What youll require to be successful: * Eligibility to work in the UK. * Enhanced DBS on update service (willing to get one). * Must provide 2 professional references. * Fulfil the requirements for higher:level teaching assistants or possess a comparable degree or background. * Outstanding literacy and numeracy abilities in Maths and English that meet NVQ Level 3 standards. * Training in relevant learning strategies, e.g., literacy * A track record of both teamwork and independent initiative * Strong capacity to communicate and build healthy relationships with both adults and children * Aptitude for utilising necessary tools and technology.
