Job Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. * Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. * Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support where necessary. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies. * Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community. * Implement behaviour management strategies effectively, promoting positive behaviour and discipline within the classroom. * Support the schools ethos and contribute to its continuous improvement and development. Preferred Skills: * Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching methods. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to motivate and inspire young learners. * Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement. Requirements: * Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent. * An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this). * Good knowledge of the UK national curriculum. * Excellent planning and organisation skills.
