What you will do Building Systems UK is an international business with nearly 50 years' experience in the development and manufacture of pre:finished steel products for the Construction Industry. The products manufactured by the business are applied in many sectors/finished products including building envelope (roof cladding and wall cladding), structural floor and roof decking, fabrications, and other specialist applications. An exciting opportunity has arisen within Building Systems UK in Shotton. The Manufacturing Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of processing machinery and material handling equipment. They are responsible for delivering high levels of customer service by operating machinery to good standards of workmanship. This includes recognizing relevant product ranges for efficient material selection and processing, supporting maintenance activities to optimize productivity, and deploying continuous improvement and problem:solving techniques to maximize machine availability. Team Members also actively participate in personal development plans, impart knowledge to others, and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, environmental, and corporate policies. The role requires strong teamwork and a commitment to achieving optimal performance.
