The Opportunity Supporting the Dundee factory and wider EMEA region, this role is central to the finance structure and will be highly visible both within DFS and across the broader Dover group. The role forms a key part of the DFS Finance team and provides a privileged position embedded within the business. Reporting to the DFS EMEA Financial Controlling Director, this is a key finance role within a dynamic, growing business requiring a high calibre individual. The Candidate The Senior Financial Accountant position incorporates a blend of technical financial accounting with business partnering, team leadership and strong communication/influencing skills which require a high calibre individual who is strong interpersonally, self:motivated, flexible and possesses excellent business acumen. It is important that the Senior Financial Accountant brings energy, drive, passion and a highly inquisitive nature. In addition, it is likely the individual will come from a large business background where they will be experienced in the reporting, commercial and management requirements of a complex, global company. This role requires a professionally qualified accountant, ideally from a practice background, with strong operational finance and business partnering skills. The individual must be capable of driving corporate financial policy, supporting business controls and internal/external audits, delivering insightful management information coupled with developing robust working relationships with Senior Management, EMEA Finance and the wider Dover business.
