Are you ready to make a significant impact by managing customer orders and resolving problems efficiently? Join our team and ensure that customers and patients receive their medicine on time. What you will be doing: As a Customer Services Executive, you will be the crucial link between our products and the customers who need them. You will manage customer orders and resolve issues promptly, ensuring world-class service standards. Your role involves: * Processing customer orders accurately via Phone, Fax, JJCC Portal, EDI & Email, meeting delivery cut-off times. * Creating new accounts following Good Distribution Practice and TV-SOP-01381. * Ensuring compliance for exporting controlled drugs outside the UK with valid licences. * Addressing UK & Ireland patient demand proactively and managing stock availability issues. * Collaborating with 3PL partners to resolve day-to-day issues and improving delivery processes. What impact you will also have: In addition to managing orders, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction: * Ensuring daily operations comply with Sarbanes Oxley controls. * Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, maintaining end-to-end ownership. * Supporting worldwide customer surveys to understand and meet customer needs better. * Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve service processes. We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements: * Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication and listening skills, vital for being the customer's first point of contact. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners. * Experience in customer service or a related field.
