Due to expansion of the team, they are wanting to hear from experienced fee earners local to the Derby or Nottingham area.Sacco Mann are working on an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients as a Commercial Property Fee Earner This boutique practice offers business law solutions to commercial clients, some of which are very well known in the Midlands property development market. They offer great flexibility to allow a great work/life balance. Due to expansion of the team, they are wanting to hear from experienced fee earners local to the Derby or Nottingham area. Joining the Commercial Property team, you will deal with all aspects of commercial property law, working on a mixed caseload of sales, purchases, leases, corporate support work, development work and some high value residential conveyancing- a real varied mix This is a rare opportunity to work in a role which focuses less on targets and more on the quality of work. You will have the option to work from the Derby or Nottingham offices and this includes very flexible home working options too on a weekly basis. The firm are looking to speak to those with strong Commercial Property experience from all levels from paralegal to Solicitor and Chartered Legal Executives. Part time candidates will also be considered. In return the firm can offer flexibility, hybrid working, annual bonus and a genuine work life balance.
