Field Sales Manager – Established Drinks Wholesaler– South of England Up to £70k + BONUS + Company Car My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing drinks company known for our innovative products and market-leading brands. They pride themselves on their commitment to quality, sustainability, and excellence in customer service. As we continue to expand our presence across the UK, they are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to drive our success in the South of England.As the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales operations in the South of England. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring our products are well-represented across various retail and hospitality channels.This role will cover the South including Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire. The Field Sales Manager responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the South of England.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in the retail and hospitality sectors.Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline.Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, provide training, and ensure excellent product presentation.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance cultureThe ideal Field Sales Manager Candidate:Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar role in the drinks industry or FMCG sector.Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.Knowledge of the South of England market, with established relationships in the retail and hospitality sectors being a plus.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the regionIf you are interested in having a chat about this role, please forward updated CVs to Mark at COREcruitment / mark@corecruitment.comCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
