Lawyer SEN REMOTEService Care Legal are working with a Local Authority, based in the South Yorkshire, which is in need of a Lawyer to join their Corporate Governance and Regulatory Team. This role will predominantly handle SEN Appeals, general education advice and judicial reviews.Lawyer SEN REMOTEService Care Legal are working with a Local Authority, based in the South Yorkshire, which is in need of a Lawyer to join their Corporate Governance and Regulatory Team. This role will predominantly handle SEN Appeals, general education advice and judicial reviews.ROLE: Education Lawyer SENLOCATION: South Yorkshire REMOTE RATE: £40-£50phCONTRACT: 6 monthsThe Role: To manage a full caseload from inception to completion related Technical knowledge and experience in special educational needs and be able to manage a varied caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals.Will include advocacy in case management hearings and final hearings in the First Tier SEND Tribunal, with minimum supervision.
