The firm act on behalf of large corporates, owner managed businesses, public bodies, insurers, regulatory bodies, and private individuals.Our client is looking for someone who is commercially savvy who would be able to respond well to working closely with highly experienced and respected partners. This role will be well suited to you if you are a senior solicitor who has experience of handling a broad mix of commercial litigation disputes.You will be working on a broad range of substantial and challenging work. Supporting the lead partners and senior fee earners on commercial litigation disputes, you will be working on maters including contractual disputes, corporate disputes, professional negligence, and breach of warranty claims.Joining our client comes with great reward as they pride themselves on heavily investing in their employee’s development. There is a clear pathway to further progression and there is a great working atmosphere where everyone is friendly and collegiate.The successful candidate should have 5 years + PQE who can manage their own caseload with limited supervision, and who have a flexible approach to work.
