Cardiff £27,000 to £30,000 p.a. + benefitsFinancial Services Administrator Cardiff £27,000 to £30,000 p.a. + benefitsOpportunity for ISA Transfer Specialist to join multi-award-winning online saving and investment service.Hybrid role – working from the Penarth based office at least 1 day per weekThe Role As ISA Transfer Specialist / Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering the best possible service to customers whilst helping teammates. Responsibilities include: Complete all aspects of ISA transfers administration for both In’s and OutsCommunicate with old and new plan managersManage any controls and risks presented on a daily basisWork with customer care team to service any customer queriesWork with third party providersBe aware of and work to company and industry SLA’s The CompanyOur client is an ambitious, multi-award-winning, online saving and investing service.
