The Role: Building Services Supervisor Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Sector: Facilities Management – M&EAbout the company: Our client is a serviced focused, customer centric facilities management company in the UK and they are set to continue to grow. We are looking for a Building Services Supervisor who loves all things mechanical and electrical services as well as having experience in dealing with soft and hard services. A bright, enthusiastic individual to join the teamAbout the role:You will be required to manage the onsite relationship between our client and theirs. Apart of this role also includes but is not limited to reactive & PPM works, ensuring statutory compliance, managing and delivering small projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities:Previously managed a team of Engineers.Relevant experience in a similar position.Proven ability to work in a team environment.Ensure that all PPM tasks are completed on time, in line with specifications and any remedials accurately reported.Develop and project manage minor works.Qualifications:Recognised, relevant HVAC engineering qualifications.Full UK driving licenceIOSH managing safely or NEBOSHCity & Guilds 18th EditionIf you feel you have the required skills and experience, send a CV to XXXX@corecruitment.com
