The Role: As a Care Coordinator, you will coordinate care packages and manage staff rosters, including out-of-hours support. Requirements: Previously worked as a Care Coordinator or in a similar role. Possess 3+ years' experience in the care sector, with at least 1 year in a coordination role. Understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry. Ideally have NVQ / QCF level 3 in Care. Strong interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office and care management systems. Valid UK driving license. Right to work in the UK.
