This client is ais an exclusive sanctuary for connoisseurs of fine spirits and refined experiences. This club prides itself on delivering exceptional service, personalized experiences, and an unparalleled selection of premium spirits. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Spirit Sommelier specializing in tequila and whiskey to join our esteemed team. As a Spirit Sommelier, you will be responsible for managing our extensive collection of tequilas and whiskeys, providing expert recommendations, and delivering exceptional service to our discerning members. This role is fantastic for an experience Tequila and Whiskey professional with a passion for hospitality. The hours of work will be shift work along with evenings and weekends. The Role of Spirit Sommelier will be: * Curate and manage an extensive collection of premium tequilas and whiskeys.* Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to club members.* Conduct private tastings, masterclasses, and educational sessions on tequila and whiskey.* Develop and maintain relationships with spirit suppliers and producers.* Stay up:to:date with industry trends, new releases, and emerging brands.* Collaborate with the bar team to create unique and innovative cocktails featuring tequila and whiskey.* Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of spirits to maintain their quality.* Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive events and themed evenings.* Maintain detailed records of inventory, purchases, and member preferences. The Ideal Spirit Sommelier: * Proven experience as a Spirit Sommelier, Bartender, or similar role with a focus on tequila and whiskey.* In:depth knowledge of tequila and whiskey varieties, production processes, and flavor profiles.* Exceptional palate and sensory evaluation skills.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for club members.* Certification in Spirits, Sommelier, or related field is a plus.* Passion for the world of spirits and a commitment to continuous learning.* Attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
