BANKING SOLICITOR, AT LEAST 1 YEAR PQE, MANCHESTER, TO C GBP 70,000, An exciting opportunity to join an expanding team within an award winning national law firm JOB REF: 6258- Competitive salary and benefits package including generous annual leave and opportunity to buy and sell days plus extra personal days, a firm:wide bonus, enhanced family policies, a range of family healthcare and insurance policies, and flexible working options including hybrid and flexible hours.- Joining an expanding banking team, you will be responsible for a variety of legal work including corporate banking, asset based lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, government finance and debt capital market transactions- Your client base will be made up of banks, lenders, funds and corporate institutions.- You will also be working closely with the corporate and real estate teams on financing aspects of their deals.- Applications are sought from Solicitors with at least 12 months PQE in the banking and finance sector.- You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate a good commercial acumen to others.- You will also have good negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet and deploy knowledge in changing situations.- This firm has an enviable client base and prides itself on the quality of its support of employees and deliverance of legal services to clients.- contact Melanie Daly at eNL on 850 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
