Residential Property Lawyer, 2+ PQE : Northamptonshire : Growing residential property team is looking to appoint an additional Residential Property Lawyer into their team. JOB TITLE: Residential Property LawyerPQE: 2+ PQELOCATION: Northampton SALARY: GBP DOE plus bonus THE ROLE:Working within an established law firm, you will be handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. The caseload will include a mix of freehold sales / purchases and leasehold sales / purchases within a supportive and collegiate firm. THE CANDIDATE:Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 2 years PQE in handling their own caseload of matters are encouraged . If you have some experience of training colleagues, then please do also get in touch as the firm are keen to grow their residential property teams.
