Because of continued demand of their products & services, this employer is actively searching for a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join their highly skilled team on a permanent basis. Based in Huddersfield, the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Rochdale, Oldham, Halifax, Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds. The Mechanical Maintenance Fitter will be responsible for: Reactive & preventative maintenance of all internal plant including CNC and manual machine tools, welding & fabrication and lifting equipmentInvolvement of new projects & investment, including the installation of new machineryAccurately documenting and reporting on reactive & preventative maintenance/service workOccasionally assisting the production/manufacturing department where required Working Hours of the Mechanical Fitter Engineer: 37 per week spread across a Monday-Thurs day shift pattern plus the chance to work regular overtime Monday to Thursday: 06:30 to 16:15 In return, the Mechanical Maintenance Fitter will receive: Annual Salary: Between £33,500 - £37,00.00 depending on experience & abilityHoliday Allowance: 33 Days 28 + 5 public holidaysCompany pension enrolment after successful probation periodPermanent employment with a long-established & growing business To apply for the Mechanical Maintenance Fitter position, please click “Apply Now” and attach a copy of your CV.
