Responsibilities: Ensure all finishes are to an exceptional standardResponsible for Safety Management on siteWorking to an agreed programme and planning future works to avoid delaysRequisitioning materials required on site in time and to the correct specificationAttend various meetings to ensure the efficient communication of all issues that affect day to day running of the siteManagement of all onsite activity Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ Finishing Foreman experienceExperience managing high end finishesDemonstrated ability to see projects through from concept to completionRelevant Trade Qualification preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skills Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
