Working here means being part of a dedicated team that values excellence, creativity, and outstanding customer service.They are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead their culinary team, ensuring high-quality dining experiences for their guests. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and showcase culinary skills in a prestigious and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Oversee culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and food quality exceeds customer expectationsMaintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold culinary excellenceDevelop menus that align with the restaurant's conceptsRecruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high culinary standards and effective teamworkEnsure the kitchen is adequately staffedMaintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment compliance with regulationsManage cost controls, forecasting, and inventoryMonitor financial targets to ensure they are met or exceededExecutive Chef Qualifications:7+ years experience in a comparable roleAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a 4/5 Star resort in the Caribbean preferredA well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team membersDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skillsIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today danny@corecruitment.comCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
