Don’t miss this opportunity to develop your career in a bespoke private hospital where you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated endoscopy team. The successful candidate will be working to ensure optimal patient care is always carried out. The role will require you to assess then implement patient plans, train more junior members of the team and provide support to a variety of individuals when needed. Your team will include junior members of staff that may require personal mentoring to ensure the best care is always provided. You will act as a point of call and must be confident in your communication skills from patients and their family to different levels of staff. The company offer opportunities for training and continuous progression - often leading to promotions.
