The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a mixed caseload of civil litigation, including public sector housing litigation. The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and be a proficient advocate with good drafting skills. Experience managing a housing disrepair caseload would be an advantage.Key Responsibilities Managing a mixed caseload of civil litigation, including public sector housing litigationWorking with minimal supervisionBeing a proficient advocate with good drafting skillsManaging a housing disrepair caseload an advantage Requirements Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificateExperience in civil litigation, including public sector housing litigationProficient advocate with good drafting skills, working on a Hybrid basis.
