They have a culture that challenges the conventional law firm approach and focuses their energy on getting great results for their clients, while attracting and developing brilliant people.Responsibilities Handling a busy caseload with minimal supervisionDeveloping relationships with clients and surpassing their expectationsParticipating in marketing activities and actively promote the company’s full range of services but to concentrate primarily on probate matters generallyManaging client work allocated by the Head of Department or other fee-earners and in accordance with policies, procedures and quality standardsDeveloping good working relationships with internal and external institutions and organisationsProviding support to the other team members as requiredUnderstanding and contributing to the team’s objectives plus working to promote the company’s values Requirements 1-5 years PQE essentialAt least 40 of previous caseload should be contentious trust and probate relatedExperience of non-contentious private client work would be advantageousAbility to progress work quickly with an eye for detailAbility to work as part of the team, show flexibility in attitude and behaviourAbility to work pro-actively, handling a varying caseload Why ApplyThe successful and expanding private client team are looking to recruit an experienced contentious probate solicitor with a real passion for litigation and dispute resolution regarding inheritance, trusts and probate to join the busy team.
