The successful candidate will not only play a crucial role in supporting the well:being and development of students, but will also work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. Key Responsibilities: * Provide individual and group support to students facing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement support plans.* Conduct assessments to identify students needs and appropriate interventions.
