Job Ref: 6248 OVERVIEW:- This is a succession role where the appointed solicitor will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including some residential property matters. - General duties will encompass commercial leases (landlord and tenant), sales and acquisitions, sale and purchase of businesses, and sale and purchase of building plots, among others. - You will need a minimum of 3 years experience in handling diverse commercial property cases, with the ability to manage your own caseload effectively. - An assistant and a supportive, friendly team will accompany this role. - This is a full:time position, initially office:based, with potential for flexible working once settled. - The firm prides itself on resolving matters swiftly and straightforwardly. - You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your role and advance your career.
