An exciting opening for a Qualified Solicitor to join an esteemed law firm located in the North East. or to register your interest, Lauren on 320 and quote Job Ref: 6253 JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing SolicitorLOCATION: Tyne and Wear/ HybridPQE: 0 : 3 years' PQESALARY: GBP 30,000 : GBP 40,000 OVERVIEW:-Managing sales, purchases, and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.-Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.-Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.-Providing expert legal advice and support to clients.-You will be a qualified Solicitor with 0 : 3 years' PQE who has experience managing a domestic conveyancing caseload from commencement to completion.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
