Job Title: Event Sales Executive : 1 year FTC Maternity Cover Salary: Up to A GBP 34,000 Location: London I am excited to be working with this Conference and Events Venue who are currently seeking an Events Sales Executive on a 1 year FTC Maternity cover to join their friendly team. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the reactive and proactive sales for the venue and liaising with the client to plan their event from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their events career or someone with event experience wanting to gain more sales knowledge. Key Responsibilities: * As an Event Sales Executive you will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries for a variety of external events including confereces, meetings, private and social events .* Drive revenue through converting enquiries and upselling the events.* Managing client relationships from initial enquiry and liaising post event.* Working with the rest of the sales team to create new ideas to bring on new business* Plan the events ensuring the clients brief and requirements are met.* Prepare final event details for the operational team.* Conduct client site visits and show rounds.
