Job Ref: THE ROLE:This busy residential property team specialises in a broad range of matters including purchases and sales, leases and lease extensions, and tenancy agreements. The successful applicant will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from file opening to post completions including registration and archiving. THE CANDIDIATE:This role is well suited to an ambitious, self:motivated individual with at least two years PQE in residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate must have an in:depth understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process and be able to work independently.
