PLANNING SOLICITOR, 4:8 YEARS PQE, EXETER, GBP 60,000 : GBP 70,000 (DOE) : A leading national law firm is currently looking to appoint a Planning Solicitor into their Exeter office. Job Ref: 6212. - Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 years PQE.- You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of planning services including, but not limited to advising on: planning permission, appeals, CIL, s106 agreements, judicial review, highways and public rights of way and environmental law.- You will be motivated to strengthen and develop new client relationships and take an active role in promoting the firm's reputation both in and out of work.- With excellent case management and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to provide clear, concise and commercially minded solutions to a varied range of clients.- On offer is a highly competitive starting salary, an excellent benefits package and a clear path laid out for you to understand your career progression within the team.- To register your interest, or or for an initial career discussion please call Penny on 454 or email will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
